By checking the "I have read and agree to terms and conditions of use" box, you, the person creating this account, swear on oath that you really have read and understood every point in this document.

You're fully aware of that in order to create your account, you will have to share some of your contact information such as your email address, telephone number, location and so on. This information is needed to login and for email notifications whenever you, the member ,receives an email on our website.
But Casting Vault will never give a member's information to any other third party.

You, the registered member, have an option to keep your information private by selecting how your information should be displayed on your profile page, also known as CV page.
Would you choose to keep your information public and visible to everyone, then you have full responsibility for your information and we, Casting Vault, cannot be held responsible for whoever gets it and how it is used outside our website services.
With that said, you have to be very careful with whom you give your information to.

Casting Vault is 100% free to use.
To create Ads and search for jobs. At Casting Vault we think it should be free for actors/actresses to search and apply for a job or to answer on a job application, as long as the job Ad is published on our website.
Should anyone ask for payment or banking information and says it's connected to Casting Vault, we strongly recommend you to contact us first and never ever give out your banking or credit card information to anyone.
Never do that by any means, Casting Vault will never ever ask for your banking and credit card information.

Privacy. We can't express this enough. But your privacy is our highest priority on our website.
That's why we have featured an account visibility feature.
You can pause your account and reactivate it whenever you want.
But note that when you pause your account, you can still browse our website and or even read job ads. But you can't apply to Ads, you can still see all our members but you will not be able to contact them.
This is because your account is on pause and therefore other members will not be able to see you or to reach your profile.

You cannot delete your account.
At this moment you do fully understand that you cannot delete your account once created.
The main reason is that we don't want recurring members with different accounts.
Your information, such as email addresses will be saved in our database all the time to prevent people reusing it to create different accounts even if you, the member, have changed it from your account information in the past.
Should you somehow wish to be removed from our service, Casting Vault's website, we will require a written note from you personally.

You, the member, gives us, Casting Vault service, full access to all your information you register on our website and full permission to use it in order to improve our services to you and other members.
You consent and gives us, Casting Vault, permission to send you email notifications about our services such as when you get new emails on our website, recommending you about new job advertisements near your location or of job Ads from members you have created connections with or saved on our website.
You agree and give full permission that Casting Vault can display a portion or all of your information on all pages of our website.
Such as on your profile page, in emails that you've sent to other members, on Ads you've created or and answered to.
Just to name a few.

You agree to receive email notifications from Casting Vault directly to your email account outside our website.

You do also agree that you will use our services according to our terms and conditions of use, not to use any function in a way that can be felt inappropriate by other members.
Such as sending out numerous mails to members which can be seen as SPAM mailing.

All racially charged conversations and posts are totally forbidden on Casting Vault's website.
And any kind of discrimination against different groups of people, such as people with a handicap, people from different backgrounds, people of different sexual orientations or political views.
Just any kind of discrimination is totally forbidden.

Breaking any of these rules, on point 10, will lead to an immediate termination of your account without any further notice.
And you will forever be blocked from reopening any form of account on our website services.
Should we be forced to identify you to the people of laws, such as in a police investigation, we will first investigate the cause.
If no harm from your side then we will notify you before giving out your information to the law enforcement organizations.
Otherwise we will not be notifying you about any of it if the harm is from your side.

Casting Vault takes no responsibility for what you say or posts on our website, therefore, you're in full charge of your actions and any criminal actions will lead to a police reporting.

Our website is 110% free from sexual contents and we strongly forbid any posts or e-mails containing sexual contents.
Any advertisements with such content will be deleted immediately and or be reported to the law enforcement organizations without any further notice.
And we are free from any type drugs as well, so no drug preparation of any kind should be mentioned in any of our forums or advertisement pages.
All types of these contents will be reported to the law enforcements organizations of the respective country immediately.

So, what are your rights?
You, the member, have your right to recall your account (To delete it so to say),
but this will only be done through contacting Casting Vault's customer service for assistance.
All the information you enter and share with us is 100% yours, you own it and not by us.
Therefore we will never sell any of your information to any third party company.
not even to share it with your countrie's government without notifying you first, if no crime is recorded from your side.
So you can feel secure with us. Unless you break the rules on point 10.

Change of terms of use. Casting Vault have the right to edit, change and add new terms without noticing you.
But must make the new terms available for you to read at any time.

Uploading photos and videos:
Casting Vault is a platform for filmmaking. A place where members can create film job advertisements which other members can apply to.
You, the member, agrees that you will only upload contents (images and videos) that you have full copyrights to or have permission from content's copyright owners.
You concent and gives Casting Vault to use and display your information which includes, photos, videos on some of or all parts our website.
This is to improve our services that we bring to you as a member.
Any member on our website can and will be able to view your media content (videos and photos).
You understand and agree that we do not allow any type of content with sexual, pornographical content on our website.
If your content breaks any of these rules, it will be terminated immidiately without any further notice with no chance of creating a new account.

Underage members:
We do welcome all members to our platform, Casting Vault, since members of any age can work as an actors.
But if you're under 18 years of age. We want to welcome you onboard, but only with your parents consent or consent from your legal guardian.
We want to your (the member's) parents or your legal guardian to have full access to your account or even to enterely operate it for you when looking for film jobs and making contact with other members at Casting Vault.
When creating your account, we would want you, the member, to use your legal guardian's e-mail address since we will be sending out e-mail notifications on some of or all activities that happens on your account.
Notifications will be sent out when you, the member, recieves e-mail messages directly on our website.
We want your legal guardian to be able to check and, have knowledge of who you talk with and or manage your contacts entirely.
If we notice that you have an account without your parents' or legal guardian's consent. We have all rights to freeze your account until we hear from your parents/legal guardian.
